All of our instructors have years of experience of teaching both with children and adults – all have full CRB checks, First Aid qualifications and are comprehensively insured. Each instructor is committed to teaching the physical skills while applying attitude-shaping exercises and games aimed at bringing out the best character and physical potential in each student.
Adomas Miklys began practising Nhất-Nam in 1997 with head coach and president of the Lithuanian Nhất-Nam Federation Petras Golovac. In 2007 he became a Nhất-Nam instructor and started teaching Nhất-Nam martial arts. In 2010 and 2011 Adomas consecutively won the Nhất-Nam championship in Lithuania.
Apart from being a passionate martial artist Adomas has worked as a stuntman on several film projects and as an actor in a number of stage plays. Adomas also helped with organizing Nhất-Nam summer camps and various events. In 2011 Adomas moved to London to pursue his martial art career. He is now teaching Nhất-Nam in London.
In 2011, August, Vlad Filipovs started to attend trainings with trainers Andrius Danilovas and Adomas Miklys.
In 2013 he decided to study Nhat-Nam traditions, history, philosophy, techniques deeper and practise more to become Nhat-Nam trainer and help others to follow the school of Nhat-Nam.
In 2015, not long after he started to assist the head coach Adomas in training kids, he qualified for the Nhat-Nam instructor and started the additional studying as a fitness instructor and personal trainer to gain thorough knowledge of anatomy, fitness and well-being. He was entering various sports camps, seminars and competitions in UK and abroad.
Vlad currently continues to assist the head coach and is planning to start his own group in London.
Anastasija started practising Nhat Nam since coming to Nhat Nam UK Sports Camp in the summer of 2014.
At the same time as developing her path as a Nhat Nam student, Anastasija is helping with development of the club by being a part of an Administration Team.
She is developing her interest in alternative medicine, general well being and wishing to become an alternative medicine practitioner in the future to help people to be healthier and, therefore, happier.
