Classes For Youths
In Nhat Nam classes we teach and encourage our students to be more creative and discover their hidden talents. Nhat Nam martial art is very practical in terms of learning self- defence as well as learning the martial art as an art of movement. By practicing Nhat-Nam martial art, students can express themselves creatively.
Nhat-Nam exercises put strong emphasis on improving muscle tone and strengthening the joints, flexibility, coordination and endurance. Its exercises also help to regulate the normal body weight. Learning various Nhat-Nam techniques, self-defence and acrobatic skills help students increase their self-esteem and by completing given tasks individually they learn to take responsibility, discipline and manage stress etc.
